Who I am

My story begins in a rural Nebraska town of just a few hundred people where community, hard work, and sports were woven into everyday life. Growing up, sports provided discipline, accountability, and showing up for those around me all while creating structure, a sense of belonging, and a mindset built on constant improvement: the belief that you should always strive to be better today than you were yesterday. Golf entered at a much later time in my life; but quickly became a focal point of my life's mission.

My Golf Journey

When I was 26, I played a full round of golf for the first time. What started as a new challenge quickly became something deeper. I was captivated not just by the game itself, but by what it represented. Golf demands adaptability. No two rounds are the same. Conditions change. Situations shift. Success requires patience, curiosity, and the ability to problem-solve under pressure.

The game teaches you to compete not against others, but against yourself - to focus on growth, resilience, and mindset rather than comparison. That realization sparked something bigger than a personal passion.

It's these values that mirror life that sparked the idea for Dynamic Golf

For me, the word “DYNAMIC” represents far more than a simple brand name. It reflects a philosophy: choosing growth over complacency, optimism over negativity, curiosity over fear, and resilience in the face of challenges. It means being adaptable, approaching problems differently, and believing that improvement is always possible.

Through Dynamic Golf, I hope to inspire young athletes to look beyond performance and focus on who they are becoming as people. I believe deeply in being an asset to help golfers understand that they can shape their own identity through their choices, habits, and mindset - regardless of where they start, through the game of golf.

My belief echoes my favorite quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson:

“The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be.”
